By upgrading to one of our paid plans you will get access to your personalized workout plan. Subscription options are: 1 month, 3 months with 7-day free trial and 1 year with 7-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and disable automatic renewal from your Apple settings after subscribing.
